Riot Platforms is a vertically integrated digital infrastructure company that owns and operates large-scale power and data center facilities in central Texas and Kentucky. It mines bitcoin for its own account and, increasingly, leases high-density data center capacity to hyperscale-style tenants such as AMD. It also runs an engineering and fabrication business serving its own sites and outside customers.
