SBA Communications is an independent owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure, principally multi-tenant cell towers, rooftops, distributed antenna systems and small cells across the Americas and Africa. It leases antenna space on long-term contracts to mobile network operators such as T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon, and also provides site development services including network pre-design, construction and site audits. Organized as a REIT and headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, it owns more than 46,000 sites.
