Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing oral targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers, including pancreatic and lung tumors. Its pipeline is built on a tri-complex RAS(ON) inhibitor platform, led by daraxonrasib, zoldonrasib, elironrasib and RMC-5127, which are designed to block the active, cancer-driving forms of RAS proteins. Its customers today are clinical trial sites, research collaborators and, prospectively, oncology treatment centers.
