Delta Air Lines is a major U.S. airline that provides scheduled air transportation for passengers and cargo, flying to over 1,000 destinations worldwide from hubs in Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis-St. Paul, New York, Salt Lake City, Seattle and Los Angeles. It sells tickets to leisure and corporate travelers, and increasingly earns high-margin revenue from premium cabins, its SkyMiles loyalty program and its co-branded American Express credit card. A refinery segment supplies jet fuel to its own operations.
